The Home Desk

Years ago the kitchen table was the place to pay bills, update your calendar and keep your papers organized. While the kitchen table still works, a beautiful and functional desk is another, and I think better, solution. Why not have a great desk to sit at while you do the work you would rather not be doing!

A custom desk can be made to suit your specific needs, whether you only need a couple drawers for checkbooks, papers, and pens or you need a place for your computer and some file drawers. Made with special woods and finishes, and designed just for you, the home desk will make your work all the more enjoyable. Scroll down for more pictures that show a sampling of the variety of home desks I have designed and made.

Above: Desk made of 3/4" tempered glass with etched seaweed design on one side. The seal is carved in solid walnut and the kelp is made of hand-forged copper. The desk was made in glass because it was in the living room right on the ocean and the homeowners didn't want to block their ocean view with a solid wood desk.
